经皮腔内支气管动脉灌注法
percutaneous transluminal bronchial artery infusion

主要用于不能手术的肺癌或肺癌术前化疗,使肿瘤缩小和改善临床症状的一种介入性治疗方法。在支气管动脉造影的基础上,经供应肿瘤的支气管动脉灌注抗癌药物。此法在少数患者中可因高浓度造影剂引起脊髓损伤甚至不可逆性瘫痪。为了减少毒性反应,应使用非离子型造影剂。
