| 赤魟 Dasyatis akajei；sting ray 鲼形目魟属的一种。全长约50～70厘米，重1500克，大者可达5000克以上。体盘平扁亚圆形；吻部稍尖突；眼小；喷水孔位于眼后，约与眼径等大；口小；牙细小，铺石状排列；腹鳍后缘平切；尾细长如鞭，尾长比体盘长2～2.7倍；具尾刺。成体自头后至尾刺前有一纵行结刺，后面几枚较大呈棘状；体背面赤褐色，边缘浅淡，腹面白色。分布于中国东海和南海。也见于中国西江上游的南宁和龙州。朝鲜西南、日本南部、菲律宾沿海亦有分布。赤魟为暖水性底层鱼类，栖息于近海沙泥底质的海底。摄食贝类与甲壳类。产量多。肉可食。肝脏可制鱼肝油。 |
