hyperthermia convulsion
为全麻的神经系统并发症。由于高热而引起的横纹肌的不随意收缩。表现为全身或局部肌肉强直性或阵挛性抽搐发作,眼球上翻或固定,意识丧失,呼吸不规则而浅弱,甚至可出现发绀或大小便失禁。常见于小儿麻醉时,系由于婴幼儿的体温调节中枢尚未发育健全。如高热不立即处理可以引起抽搐。预防更为重要。当抽搐既已发生,则需立即给氧吸入,保持呼吸道通畅,肌注硫喷妥钠,同时积极进行物理降温,特别是头部降温,防止脑水肿的发生。
