深刺 深刺   针刺时,针体进入组织较深的程度。《灵枢·终始》:“脉实者,深刺之。”又:“痛而以手按之不得者,阴也,深刺之。”一般在肌肉丰厚处的穴位,或病变部位较深,属于寒、实证候,或体质较为强壮及感应迟钝者可施行深刺。凡肌肉浅薄处的穴位,如需深刺者,可采用斜刺或横刺的方法。但深刺时必须适度而止,以免发生意外。
