AIM:To develop a new,simple,sensitive and specific reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method by using ultraviolet detection for the analysis of MPA and its major metabolites,Mycophenolic acid glucuronide(MPAG) and acyl glucuronide(AcMPAG) in rat plasma and bile.
目的:建立在大鼠血浆和胆汁中测定霉酚酸(Mycophenolicacid,MPA)与其代谢物(霉酚酸葡萄糖苷,MPAG和霉酚酸酰基葡萄糖苷,AcMPAG)的一种新颖简单的高效液相(highperformance liquid chromatography,HPLC)方法。
