精神病人的一种行为、动作异常表现。患者言语、动作显著增多,或以动作增多为主(运动性兴奋),或以语言增多为主(言语性兴奋)。兴奋躁动明显时,活动可有目的性或无目的性,表现为日夜乱喊乱叫,东奔西走,撕衣毁物,敲门砸窗,或有阵发性冲动、破坏行为等。这类病者对周围带来严重的干扰,也可导致病者的衰竭。
