性质:又称节后抗胆碱药,M胆碱受体阻断药。代表药是阿托品,能阻断节后胆碱能神经支配效应器上的M胆碱受体,从而对抗乙酰胆碱和拟胆碱药的毒蕈碱样作用,引起平滑肌松弛、腺体分泌抑制、心率加速、瞳孔扩大等。临床应用广泛,主要用于内脏平滑肌绞痛。常见副作用是口干、乏汗、心悸、视力模糊等。青光眼和前列腺肥大者禁用。合成解痉药包括季铵类(如溴丙胺太林)和叔胺类(如贝那替嗪)两大类,主要用于溃疡病。
