冷服

冷服   中药学术语。指某些汤剂根据病情需要应冷却后服用。如治疗热盛的寒凉剂,冷服可增加清热效果。又如治疗寒盛的温热剂,冷有可防止寒热格拒,起到反佐作用。《金匮要略·禽兽鱼虫禁忌并治》:“凡煮药饮汁,以解毒者,虽云救急,不可热饮,诸毒病得热甚,宜冷饮之。”解毒药亦以冷服为宜。
