METHODS:A total of 180 patients with psoriasis were randomly assigned to four groups:Group A(Yinxie tablets+10% boric acid ointment),Group B(Yinxie tablets+Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment),Group C(Compound Ampeptide Elemente tablets+10% boric acid ointment),and Group D(Compound Ampeptide Elemente tablets+Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment).
方法:180例银屑病患者随机分为4组,分别给予银屑片+10%硼酸软膏(A组)、银屑片+复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(B组)、复方氨肽素片+10%硼酸软膏(C组)、复方氨肽素片+复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(D组)治疗,运用成本-效果方法进行评价。

性质：又称试银灵，若丹灵。红色针状结晶。溶于强酸呈黄色。微溶于氯仿、乙醚、苯、沸腾的乙醇。不溶于水。在酸性溶液中，与汞、亚汞、银、金、亚铜、钯产生红至紫色胶状沉淀。由双硫氰酸与4-二甲苯甲醛溶于醋酸，加热至沸进行反应，或溶于乙醇硫酸混合溶液，在水浴上加热制取。用作金、银的光度定量试剂。测金是在0.1mol/L盐酸酸性溶液中发色为460nm；测银是在微酸性溶液中发色为470nm。其0.03％丙酮溶液用于检出银、汞、铜、金、铂、钯离子。
