Objective To assess the experience of endovascular repair(EVR) in treatment of Stanford type B aortic dissection(AD).
目的探讨Stanford B型主动脉夹层腔内修复术治疗经验。

Methods:Percutaneous fenestration with endovascular stent placement was performed to treat the Stanford B type aortic dissection in 5 patients,four patients of them were treated by endovascular repair in addition.
方法:5例Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者均行经皮开窗术及内支架植入术,其中4例加行血管腔内修复术。

腹主动脉瘤向下腔静脉破裂，形成瘘。手术采用下腹切口，显露瘤体后，在切开瘤体前先压住瘘口，切开瘤体后再以手指压住瘘口，然后逐针缝合，闭合瘘口。也可分离并阻断瘘的两侧下腔静脉，再行缝合修补瘘口。以前者较简单方便。
