尿道成形术
指尿道被切除后采用其他组织重建尿道的手术，可采用膀胱肌瓣或腹壁进行尿道成形术。当外阴癌浸润尿道3cm以内时施行该手术，因术中保存了膀胱内括约肌，既能保存病人原有排尿方式，又能保存排尿功能。
