外阴浅表浸润性鳞癌


该病是指癌的最大水平径线≤2cm,浸润深度≤1mm,外阴浅表浸润性鳞癌多见于大阴唇,其次为小阴唇、阴蒂和会阴部。这种癌可发生淋巴结转移、复发和死亡,与外阴Ⅰ期癌无差别。故有人建议可暂称Ⅰa期外阴鳞癌或外阴浅表浸润性鳞癌。因极少局部淋巴结转移,故预后佳,治疗原则与外阴鳞癌相同,以手术为主。但手术范围可适当缩小。
