基本材料 续断、料酒各10克，生黄芪30克，南蛇（蟒蛇）肉500克，生姜9克，胡椒粉0.1克。盐、葱、猪油、味精适量
【制作方法】
1、将蛇斩去头尾，剥去皮除内脏，洗净切成3厘米长、1.5厘米宽的片。生姜切成片，葱切成段。
2、续断、黄芪先用冷水洗去浮灰杂质，切片，放入砂锅，用清水浸泡，煎熬浓汁。
3、将锅炒热下猪油30克，油至七成熟时，下入蛇肉翻炒，烹入料酒，盐，然后将蛇肉倒入砂锅内，加入姜片、葱段，用小火炖1小时，拣去葱姜、药渣，加入胡椒粉、味精，调好口味，稍煮一下即可食用。
【本品特点】
味清淡，鲜香。功用为补虚，散寒祛湿，驱风通络。用于风湿性关节炎、湿痹、寒痹、坐骨神经痛、四肢麻木等症，对风湿性心脏病患者，有辅助治疗作用。
