放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。放射性药物注入蛛网膜下腔后，随脑脊液循环，在不同的时相内显示各脑池影像的检查方法。脑池显(成)像所采用的显(成)像剂为99mTc-DTPA，注射185～370MBq后1、3、6、24小时分别行头部前位、侧位和后位显(成)像。临床上用于交通性脑积水、脑脊液漏、脑穿通畸形和蛛网膜下腔囊肿的诊断。
