Methods:The experiment selects Sprague-Dawley (SD) mouse, divides into five groups stochastically: The sham-operation group, the model group, the L-dopamine (LD) group (the LD group), the Shujin Jiedu Prescription large dose group (the SJL group), the Shujin Jiedu Prescription middle dose group (the SJM group) and the Shujin Jiedu Prescription small dose group (the SJS group).
目的:实验从大鼠行为学变化、DA代谢途径以及细胞凋亡调控分子方面,研究疏筋解毒方对6-羟基多巴胺(6-hydroxydopamine,6-OHDA)诱导PD大鼠模型的防治作用,从而揭示疏筋解毒方对PD治疗作用的可能机制,为中药治疗PD提供一定的实验依据和临床参考。

| 清热解毒法 中医清法之一。运用具有寒凉解毒作用的药物为主组方，以治疗各种热毒病证的治法。适用于一切急性火毒，如温疫、温毒及火毒或疮疡热深毒重等证。常用黄连、黄芩、黄柏、银花、连翘、板蓝根、升麻、玄参、蒲公英、野菊花、半边莲等药物组成方剂，代表方剂为黄连解毒汤、普济消毒饮、仙方活命饮等。临床上具体运用清热解毒法时，对于脾胃素虚，气血不足，阴液亏虚者当慎用，必要时须与补气、养血、滋阴、健脾等法配合使用。 |
