雄激素与雌激素合用的男用避孕药
药名。激素类男用避孕药之一。正常男性每天2次口服炔雌醇-3-甲醚20μg和甲基睾丸 酮10mg,于12~18周内达到无精子状态。停药后15周精子数逐渐恢复,35~40周恢复正常水 平。雌激素与孕激素合用的副作用:积贮剂量的雌激素仍可产生乳房增生及其他不良反应。
