Objective: The aim of our study was to compare cardiac output (CO) during short-term atrioventricular sequential pacing from the right ventricular apex and from the outflow tract of the right ventricle, to assess if short-term right ventricular outflow tract pacing were much better than right ventricular apical pacing.
目的:在房室顺序起搏下,比较右心耳、右室心尖部和右室流出道起搏时心输出量(CO)的变化,明确右室流出道起搏是否优于右室心尖部起搏。

研究背景由于越来越多的临床和基础研究的证据表明:长期右室心尖部起搏可能引起类似与医源性左束支传导阻滞的改变,随之而出现左室血流动力学紊乱和左室不同步收缩,继而寻找新的起搏位点—右室流出道起搏,但是目前并无明确定论右室流出道起搏优于传统的右室心尖部起搏。

Methods Twelve dogs were subjected to rapid ventricular pacing after ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD), to induce the cardiac output (CO) to reduce by 25% and 50% from the basal level.
方法完全结扎犬前降支和进行快速右室起搏,使心输出量(CO)较基础状态稳定地下降25%和50%,分别测定基础及心输出量下降状态下的血压(AP)、血氧(SaO2)、平均右房压(mRAP)、平均肺毛压(mPCWP)、系统血管阻力(SVR)值并以超声心动图测定心腔大小和左室射血分数(LVEF)。
