| 放松功 以松为主，松静结合的静气功基础功法。放松功是一种将体势、呼吸、意守三种练功手段综合在一起的气功功法，适用于健康者和一般慢性病患者，也可作为习练其他功法的入门功法，或贯穿在整个练功过程中，以提高练功质量。临床上主要用于高血压、胃及十二指肠溃疡、冠心病、青光眼、哮喘、神经衰弱、焦虑症以及精神紧张所引起的各种慢性疾病的治疗。 放松功的要领是有意识地注意 身体各部位 ，结合默念“松”字，逐步把全身调整得自然、轻松、舒适，进而解除精神的紧张和形体的疲劳，使心身都处于一种放松状态。呼吸力求自然，同时逐渐集中注意力，排除杂念，安定心神。放松功的体势主要有平坐势、仰卧和站立势。放松功练法主要有三线放松法、分段放松法和整体放松法。 |
