【出处】《中医学》
【组成】地肤子、紫草、野菊花、仙鹤草各30克。
【功用】清热利湿，解毒消斑。
【主治】过敏性紫癜，四肢或躯干皮肤见青紫色斑块，常分批出现。
【制法】上药以清水适量文火煎沸后，闷置15分钟，去渣取汁，代茶频服。每日1剂。
【按语】过敏性紫癜是一种血管变态反应性出血性疾病，由某些过敏性物质引起。最常见的症状为皮肤瘀点，多集中在四肢，以下肢为著。或并发荨麻疹，或有关节痛、腹痛。中医认为是感受湿热毒邪所引起。方中地肤子甘苦、寒。功能利尿、除湿止痒，对荨麻疹皮肤瘙痒、湿疹等有抗敏止痒作用。紫草苦、寒。功能凉血、解毒，常用以治疗温热斑疹、紫癜、湿疹以及吐衄、尿血、血痢等。野菊花苦、辛、凉。功能清热解毒、凉血降压，临床用途较广，对流感、流脑、肝炎、高血压病均有一定的疗效。对痈肿疔毒、瘰疬、口疮、丹毒、湿疹、天泡疮可内服、捣敷或煎水洗。仙鹤草为收涩上血药，能促进血小板生成、加速凝血而起止血作用。四药合用，不仅清热利湿作用增强，同时还有很好的解毒化斑作用。对过敏性紫癜有较好疗效。
