刀癣
刀癣 病名。皮肤搔痒性疾病。见《诸病源候论》。称其病因为用磨刀水或牛狗所饮余水洗面手而感染者。“基状无匡郭，纵邪无定。如此之癣，初得或因风湿客于肌肤，折于血气所生”。并谓“至其病成，皆有虫侵食，转深连带不瘥”。临床常见皮损边缘不整，无一定形状，纵横排列不定，瘙痒明显。治宜消风清热利湿，内服方用消风散（《医宗金鉴》卷七十四）加减，外用必效散涂擦。类似今之泛发性神经性皮炎等疾患。
