tentorial herniation
是最常见的一种脑疝，病变部位大多位于一侧颞叶或大脑半球的外侧面，颞叶的沟回、海马回、舌回可通过小脑幕裂孔的游离缘向内下移位，压迫中脑、大脑脚、动眼神经等而产生一系列临床症状：①颅内压增高的症状：剧烈头痛、频繁呕吐、烦躁不安；②意识改变：嗜睡、昏迷；③瞳孔改变；④运动障碍；⑤生命体征紊乱。
