性质:细菌对药物的敏感性测定统称为抗菌敏感试验或细菌药物敏感性试验,简称为药敏。其结果菌株敏感程度,对临床上选用抗菌药物时有参考价值。实验室供药敏试验的方法很多,如试管或平皿两倍稀释法、微量稀释法、扩散法(纸片法和管碟法),其他如厌氧菌、真菌和结核杆菌等药敏试验。根据测定结果分为菌株对抗菌药物敏感,中度敏感,耐药。
