Objective:To summarize and evaluate the significances and effects of thoracolumbar burst fractures by the method of pedicle screw internal fixation system with bone graft of vertebral body via pedicle and to investigate the correlative factors in order to provide theoretical foundation for clinical application,then look for the method as the best choice for clinical application.
结论:经椎弓根椎体内植骨结合椎弓根钉棒系统内固定在后路手术不加大创伤的同时,能显著恢复伤椎椎体高度,植骨融合率高,能增加椎体的骨容量和脊柱前中柱的抗压稳定性,使病人能早期活动,能有效防止术后矫正度丢失及椎体再塌陷的发生,减少内固定物因应力过大造成的断钉、断杆、椎体再压缩等并发症,长期随访疗效满意。
