主料：粉丝
辅料：香菇、青红柿子椒、干笋（泡软）
调料：盐、鸡精、酱油、白糖、香油、水淀粉、葱、姜、蒜
烹制方法：
1、将香菇、柿子椒、干笋分别改刀切成丁，葱姜蒜切末，坐锅点火倒入适量油，待油热后放入粉丝炸脆后捞出放在盘中；
2、锅中留底油，下香菇丁煸炒，炒至半干时放入葱姜蒜末，加入酱油、鸡精、白糖调味，放入笋丁，倒少许清水，烧三分钟，最后放入柿子椒丁，水淀粉勾芡，淋香油出锅浇在粉丝上即成。
特点：粉丝酥脆，咸香适口。
