The Building of Medical Graduates Competency Model;

With the rapid development of higher medical education in China,and the dramatic increase of graduates from medical colleges and universities,medical graduates have been confronted with fierce competition for employment and challenges.

Objective To explore the anxiety state and its influences on medical graduates, to give scientific proof for mental health education.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate intention of employment and factors of affecting employment for medical graduates choosing to work in rural medical institutions and to provide evidence for further formulating and perfecting employment policies.

From a close study,this paper deals with the affecting factors and the causes of the difficulties in employment for medical college graduates in our country.
