性质:一类能抑制蛋白质酪氨酸激酶活性的化合物。酪氨酸蛋白激酶能特异性地将磷酸根转移到蛋白质的酪氨酸残基上使其磷酸化,是许多配体活化的生长因子受体和一些癌基因产物,在肿瘤组织中含量高。酪氨酸蛋白激酶抑制剂可作为ATP与酪氨酸蛋白激酶结合的竞争性抑制剂,也可作为酪氨酸的类似物阻断表皮生长因子受体的肽位点和酪氨酸蛋白激酶的编码,抑制细胞增殖,可望开发为抗肿瘤药物,但对完整细胞没有表现出选择性。
