Objective:To investigate the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine IFN-γ and anti-inflammatory cytokine TGF-β_1 in the expressed prostatic secretion(EPS) of men with chronic abacterial prostatitis and their clinical significance.
方法:采用双抗体夹心法对20例炎症性慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(ⅢA)、20例非炎症性慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(ⅢB)、10例健康对照者前列腺按摩液(EPS)中IFN-γ、TGF-β1含量进行测定。

Methods: Forty-five patients with diagnosed inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome (NIH categoryⅢA prostatitis) were inquired about the history symptoms and signs of prostatitis, and underwent digital rectal examination of the prostate as well as analysis of expressed prostatic secretions(EPS).
ⅢA型前列腺炎患者中 ,随着前列腺按摩液内白细胞数增加 ,PSA水平有一定程度的增高 ,但没有显著性差异。

Objective: To explore the correlation between the content of lecithin mass and white blood cells (WBC) of the expressed prostatic secretion(EPS) and the concentration of serum PSA in patients with prostatitis,and to study the difference in serum PSA concentration between patients with bacterial prostatitis and those with nonbacterial prostatitis.
