原料: 原 料：
主料：水发猴头菇50克，水发羊肚菌6只。辅料：藏红花汁10克，胡萝卜20克，杞茸汁5克，高级清汤100克。调料：碘盐6克，瑶柱汁4克。
制法: （1）羊肚菌发好后，入清汤蒸40分钟。
（2）猴头菇浆好氽透，入清汤蒸35分钟。
（3）胡萝卜切成十字架，出水。
（4）高级清汤加入红花汁、杞茸汁调味后浇在菜品上即可。
