神经束间移植术
interfascicular grafting
是指采用神经束和神经束膜缝合方法修复神经缺损的一种方法。此法是1972年Millesi首先提出和报告,取得较外膜缝合法处理的神经移植手术更好的效果。手术要求用显微外科技术进行,并切去断端一段神经外膜,直接对合神经束和采用神经束膜缝合术。我国朱家恺(1979年)首先在国内报告。手术时必须将同功能的神经束进行缝合,否则不能恢复功能。
