在29例pSS合并恶性肿瘤患者中淋巴瘤占8例(非霍奇金淋巴瘤7例,不明分型1例),乳腺癌4例,多发性骨髓瘤、侵袭性胸腺瘤、肺癌、胃腺癌、结肠癌、舌鳞癌各2例,肝癌、宫颈癌、肾癌、甲状腺癌、腮腺粘液表皮样癌各1例。

non-ossifying fibroma
良性骨肿瘤。儿童多见。好发于长骨干骺端。表现为局部隆起和疼痛，可并发病理骨折。X线显示干骺端一侧皮质的局限骨质吸收，呈椭圆形，膨胀不明显。镜下见漩涡状纤维组织为主，治疗采用刮除植骨术。
