为观察电针对狗血浆中部分脑肠肽 (BGP)含量的影响 ,以初步探讨电针调控胃功能的作用机制 ,将 2 0条狗随机分为 4组(空白对照组、非经非穴组、上巨虚组、足三里组 ) ,每组 5条 ,采用放免分析法监测电针不同穴位针刺前后狗血浆中胃泌素 (GT)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)、生长抑素(SS)及内皮素 (ET)含量的变化。
