性质:血液流动时所表现出的内摩擦或流动阻力,它与血液中的红细胞数和蛋白质浓度成正比,并受红细胞变形能力和聚集能力等因素影响。血液黏度是血液流变性质最重要的度量指标。根据牛顿黏性定律,即理想流体在层流条件下服从关系式:τ=η·γ。式中,τ为切应力;γ为切变率,与血流速度成正比;η为流体的黏度系数。血液属非牛顿流体,它在流动时,其τ与γ之比不为常数,可用ηa表示,称为表观黏度,即ηa=τ/γ,单位mPa·s,它可反映血液黏度的大小。在一定的范围内,当血液流动时的γ较低时,血液黏度较高;而当γ逐渐升高时,则血液黏度亦随之降低;当γ高达200~400s-1时,血液黏度接近一恒定值并表现为牛顿流体(如在动脉内)。当心血管系统的推动力使血流有所加速时,γ值增大,导致血液黏度下降,这使血流进一步加速,导致血液黏度继续下降,从而形成正反馈,直至达到一个新的平衡。由此可见,血液的非牛顿性质有利于血流的加速。同理可知,血液的这一性质也有利于血流的减速乃至止血。
