背景及目的: 肱骨外髁骨折是儿童最常见的肘部损伤之一,由于解剖上的特点及认识上的差别,临床上易造成漏诊或延误诊治情况,而一旦治疗不当将遗留肘部畸形,导致功能障碍及其它中、远期并发症,其中产生骨不连及肘外翻畸形的情况时有发生。
