Methods: In this study,141 patients of parotid benign tumor underwent part superficial lobectomy, and soft tissue defects of 48 patients were repaired by the sternocleidomastoid muscle flap as group A(experimental group), the soft tissue defects of other93 patients were not repaired by any flap as group B (control group).

化脓性腮腺炎
parotitis phlegmono?sa
腮腺的化脓性炎症。一般发生于严重伤寒、斑疹伤寒、白喉及猩红热等病之后。临床表现为单侧的腮腺肿大，腺体表面皮肤有明显的红肿，触诊有波动感，挤压腺体时可见腮腺开口处有脓性分泌物。本病无并发症，治疗以抗感染为主。
