inhalation anesthesia
麻醉药气体或蒸气经气道吸入体内而产生全身麻醉作用。按气流管理可分为开放、半开放、半关闭及关闭四种基本方式。必须配备能进行氧浓度及麻醉气体浓度监测的麻醉机及其他吸入装置。这类药绝大部分是以原形随呼气排除,较易控制,使用安全,且能提供需要的麻醉深度。但某些药对呼吸道黏膜有刺激性,或损害肝肾功能,或抑制循环。目前临床常用麻醉药为异氟醚、安氟醚及氧化亚氮等。
