To develop an effective CD-1 mouse embryo culture medium,we evaluated the effects of several culture media including M16,MTF,CZB, KSOM and taurine,essential amino acids and nonessential amino acids were added in KSOM medium to observe their effects on the development of mouse preimplantation embryos.

眼球壁三层膜(纤维膜、血管膜、视网膜)的最内两层。位于血管膜的内面。可分为虹膜部、睫状体部和视部三部分。虹膜部和睫状体部贴附在虹膜和睫状体的内面,无感光作用,称视网膜盲部。视网膜的视部贴附在脉络膜的内面,主要由能感受光刺激的视觉细胞所组成,在受到光刺激后转变的神经冲动,沿视神经传入到脑,构成视觉。
