方法60例(60眼)复杂的外伤性白内障,在晶状体超声乳化吸出的同时,根据眼部不同的眼外伤并发症,分别采用玻璃体切除联合眼内异物摘出及视网膜光凝、瞳孔成形、穿透性角膜移植、小梁切除或晶状体张力环植入等不同的联合手术,并植入折叠式人工晶状体。

| 眼外伤 eye，trauma of 眼球及其附属器受到外来的机械性、物理性或化学性伤害，引起各种病理性改变而损害其正常功能。分为机械性和非机械性两大类。机械性眼外伤包括：①非穿孔性外伤。主要为眼球钝挫伤，即眼球受钝器打击后产生的损伤。②穿孔性眼外伤。指尖锐物体或高速飞扬的小异物造成的眼球穿破。③异物伤。包括结膜角膜异物和眼球内异物。④交感性眼炎。双眼肉芽肿性葡萄膜炎。即一眼在受穿通伤后发生葡萄膜炎，继之另一眼也发生同样病变，受伤眼称刺激眼，另一眼称交感眼。非机械性眼外伤包括化学性眼外伤、热烧伤及辐射性眼外伤。眼受外伤后轻者视力下降，重者视力完全丧失，是造成盲目的主要原因之一。主要因为眼球构造复杂而脆弱，生理功能又很重要，透明的屈光间质和感光的视网膜，虽受轻微的外伤，但也可能发生严重的视力减退，而葡萄膜组织又含有丰富的血管，一旦受伤，常发生眼内出血而影响视力。穿孔伤后不仅严重破坏受伤眼，而且可发生交感性眼炎以至双眼失明。
