预防接种
preventive inoculation
又称“人工免疫”。将抗原或抗体输入机体，使机体获得对疾病的特异性免疫，以预防疾病的一种方法。可分为自动免疫和被动免疫。人工自动免疫是将病原微生物或其代谢产物或其亚单位成分制成生物制品，接种于人体，使人体产生特异性免疫。如接种白喉类毒素、卡介苗，预防白喉和结核病。人工被动免疫是将含有抗体的血清或制剂注入人体，使人体立即获得免疫的方法。例如麻疹的易感儿若能在接触麻疹患儿后，立即注射丙种球蛋白，则能预防发病。预防接种在预防、控制和消灭传染病中起着重要作用。
