The result shows that viscosity of flux decreases due to the induction heating action of high frequency electromagnetic field (20 kHz), and the dimension of flux channel increases with electromagnetic pressure, thus the deformation behavior of initial solidifica.

Aiming at the process of electromagnetic soft-contact continuous casting,a three dimensional finite element model of electromagnetic field and temperature field was developed to research the effects of high frequency electromagnetic field on the process of billet initial solidification in soft contact mold under various conditions of casting speeds and mold structural parameters.
针对电磁软接触连铸过程,建立了结晶器内三维电磁场和温度场计算模型,研究了不同拉速及不同结晶器结构参数下,高频磁场在金属内产生的感应热对铸坯凝固过程的影响。
