After exhaustive investigation about current coal gasification control systems, this thesis developed a decentralized control system (DCS) to control a bed-fixed and batched coal gasification process on the basement of the ECS-100 DCS equipped by Zhejiang Supcon Technology Co.

家庭自制泡菜
主料：大白菜、小白菜
辅料：梨、江米面、排骨汤、豆腐
调料：姜蒜泥、辣椒面、盐、黄豆酱
烹制方法：
1、将大白菜用盐腌制3个小时，小白菜过水焯熟控干水，取一小碗，放入江米面，加少许水调稀， 锅中倒入少量水，倒入江米水，烧热后倒出晾凉，将梨放入粉碎机中打成茸备用；
2、晾凉后的江米水中加入盐、姜蒜泥、辣椒面、梨茸调成酱，一层一层抹在大白菜上，放置3-4天即成泡菜；
3、坐锅点火倒入油，放入小白菜、黄豆酱、排骨和汤，汤烧开后放入豆腐煮3-5分钟，出锅前放入蒜泥即成酱汤。
特点：韩味浓郁，美味可口。
