羊水脂肪细胞含量
主要借助羊水中脂肪细胞比例判定胎儿皮肤成熟的情况。随着妊娠进展,胎儿皮脂腺逐渐成熟,羊水中含脂肪细胞出现率逐渐增多。妊娠34周前,羊水中脂肪细胞少于1%,于孕34~37周,所占比例为1%~10%,孕38~40周为20%左右。如果羊水中脂肪细胞比例在20%以上,可认为胎儿已成熟,由于该方法估计胎儿成熟度的准确性较低,目前很少应用。羊水中脂肪细胞含量测定方法为:取羊水沉渣均匀涂于玻璃片上,采用硫酸尼罗蓝染色,可发现有两种类型细胞:一种胞浆呈均匀蓝色,为胎儿上皮细胞,另一种呈橘黄染色,即来自胎儿皮脂腺的脂肪细胞。镜下数200个细胞,计算含脂肪细胞的百分数。
