Aim To detect the expression and distribution of ventricular connexin43 (Cx43) in cerebrocardiac syndrome model rats and to probe the relationship between the expression of ventricular Cx43 and the arrhythmia caused by acute focal cerebral ischemia.

头部遭受外力打击或剧烈震动后引起的轻度脑部损伤。脑损伤后临床表现有短暂脑功能障碍致意识丧失，而无确定的脑器质性改变的一种脑损伤。意识障碍在数秒、数分至半小时内恢复。其发病机制多认为与影响脑干网状结构功能有关，脑部也可能存在细微的病理改变。临床检查多无明显的阳性神经征象。患者清醒后不能叙述受伤经过，常伴有头痛、头昏、怕吵、耳鸣、健忘等症状，多于数日内逐渐消失。
