| 单纯疱疹病毒感染 herpes simplexvirus infection 单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）引起的传染病。HSV 为RNA病毒，属疱疹病毒科，分HSV-1和HSV-2二型。常见的临床表现有：①急性疱疹性口龈炎。有发热、口腔和舌粘膜及牙龈出现成群疱疹及溃疡，可延及咽喉、腭等处。②皮肤疱疹。常见于口唇部。③ 急性疱疹性角膜结膜炎。 ④ 生殖器疱疹。多由HSV-2引起，是一种性病。⑤ 急性疱疹性神经系统感染。较少见，表现为脑炎、脑膜炎、脊髓炎、神经根炎等。疱疹性脑炎病情凶险，病死率高。⑥全身性播散性感染。多见于新生儿及免疫功能缺陷的病人，表现为脑、肝、肺、眼、肾上腺及全身皮肤粘膜等疱疹性病变，病死率极高。⑦先天性感染。患生殖器疱疹的孕妇，其胎儿可感染 HSV，引起流产 、早产、死胎及先天性畸形。诊断根据典型症状和疱疹性病变，确诊依靠病毒分离和血清学检查，检测血清特异性 IgM抗体，可作早 期及 近期 感染的 诊 断 。应用分子杂交技术检测 HSV -DNA，可提高特异性及敏感性，尚可鉴别不同型HSV 。对轻型病人不须应用抗病毒治疗；全身性疱疹感染及疱疹性脑炎病人，应用无环鸟苷或阿糖腺苷静脉滴注，疗效较好 ；疱疹性角膜结膜炎可用疱疹净局部滴眼治疗；加强一般支持及对症治疗。无特异性预防方法。 |
