人工破膜
以人工的方法将胎膜弄破。常用长注射针或止血钳等工具在消毒状态下刺破胎膜。适用于:①作为引产的一种方法;②催产:于第1产程,子宫收缩时宫内压力增高,形成前羊水囊,有助于扩张子宫颈口,但如果产程停滞在子宫颈口开大3cm及以上,宫缩力不强,在阴道检查除外头盆不称后,可采用人工破膜加强宫缩,催促产程进展。也可在人工破膜后再加催产素静脉点滴,应用得当可增加催产效果。
