腔上囊依赖性(B）淋巴细胞经抗原激活后分化的终末细胞，能产生抗体。一般认为一种浆细胞系能产生一种免疫球蛋白。浆细胞的形态为圆形或卵圆形，大小不等，直径8～20μm，有一圆形核，多偏于胞体一端，胞质含有丰富的核糖核酸及发育良好的高尔基器；胞核染色质颗粒粗大、致密，聚成块状，呈辐射状排列，故常称车轮状核。
