自体淋巴管移植手术
autolymphatical grafting
将健侧肢体的淋巴管引到对侧患淋巴水肿的肢体，接上患肢的淋巴管，使患侧肢体受阻的淋巴液，通过移植的淋巴管引流到对侧健肢的手术。此术是1981年Baumeister最先动物实验成功后，1986年报告用于临床，取得一定疗效。1987年我国中山医科大学附属第一医院显微外科亦开展此手术，取得初步疗效。其远期疗效还需进一步观察。
