PurposeOral leukoplakia (OLK) means a white patch on oral mucosa that can t be rubbed off, checked by histology and showing epithelial unusual hyperplasias and its canceration rate reach3-5%, OLK is considered to be the the most typical precancerous lesions.
目的 口腔黏膜白斑(oral leukoplakia，OLK)是口腔黏膜的常见病变，组织学检查显示鳞状上皮单纯增生或／和异常增生者，是癌前病变。

口腔白斑
oral leukoplakia
是指在口腔黏膜上出现不能被擦掉的，在临床和组织病理学方面不能诊断为其他疾病的白色病损。病因不明但与烟酒及局部慢性刺激因素(如锐利牙尖、不良修复体)等有关。40岁以上多见，可发生口腔黏膜的任何部位，但以颊、舌、唇部多见，病变大小、形状以及分布不一，多无自觉症状。病损可表现为斑点状、斑块状、疣状或绒毛状等，表面光滑或粗糙，有时去除刺激因素后有些白斑可消退。当白斑出现症状，发生糜烂、溃疡时应警惕有癌变的可能。治疗应戒烟酒，除去慢性刺激因素，保守治疗无效或出现症状、糜烂、溃疡时应行手术切除。并送病理学检查。
