性质:又称蝙蝠葛碱。为阿朴芬类生物碱。其氯化物为无色针状结晶(甲醇-丙酮)。熔点219℃(分解)。旋光度+223.2°(水)。其碘化物为白色结晶(甲醇),熔点223~224℃(分解),旋光度+142.6°(c=6.8,甲醇)。其苦味酸盐为黄色针状结晶(甲醇),熔点203~205.5℃(分解)。来源于防己科植物蝙蝠葛(Menispermum dauricum DC. )的根茎,芸香科植物黄柏(Phellodendron amurense Rupr.)的树皮等。具有抗肿瘤作用;可稳定细胞的膜性结构,维持细胞的代谢功能;动物实验显示具有肌松、降血压和神经节阻断作用。
