[Objective] To observe the growth and metastatic rule of malignant histocytosis CY15 cell expressing green fluorescent protein inoculated in the anterior chamber of Balb/c mice,and to further explore the superiority of green fluorescent protein as the marker of living cells to trace the growth and metastasis of the tumor cells.
【目的】观察绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)标记的恶性组织细胞增生症CY15细胞在Balb/c鼠眼前房生长及全身转移的规律,探讨GFP作为活细胞标记追踪肿瘤细胞生长、转移的优势并初步探讨肿瘤转移的机制。
补充资料：恶性组织细胞病
| 恶性组织细胞病 malignant histiocytosis 单核巨噬细胞系全身性恶性增生性疾病。有的恶性细胞来源于淋巴细胞系。本病病变的全身分布范围比恶性淋巴瘤广泛，但比急性白血病局限，除主要侵犯脾、肝、淋巴结和骨髓外，其他器官和组织亦可有多少不一的恶性组织细胞浸润。本病原因未明，可发生于各种年龄，以青壮年较多，男性略多于女性。临床主要表现为发烧、衰竭，肝、脾、淋巴结肿大和全血细胞减少，病情严重，进展迅速，半数以上病人半年内死亡。确诊本病须靠骨髓或活组织病理检查。治疗比较困难，除对症治疗外，主要是联合化疗。 |
