花粉性哮喘
为哮喘的一个类型。其发病主要与外界某些过敏性抗原尤其是风媒花粉有密切关系。有明显的季节性(以春秋季为多)。发病前多有鼻痒、咽痒,甚至眼痒,连续喷嚏,流清水样鼻涕和咳嗽等过敏表现。大都在儿童或青年时发病,有过敏性家族史。治疗的重点是避免接触花粉和脱敏疗法,亦可用抗组织胺药物和肾上腺皮质激素。
